Become a Member of ILMN
ILMN membership includes invitations to monthly meetings and events, networking with Indiana lifestyle medicine professionals, access to informative video discussions by members and national experts, updates on Indiana-specific lifestyle medicine news, and more! See the different options below for membership.
Healthcare Professional Membership
Healthcare professionals include those who hold a degree in a healthcare related field. These include (but are not limited to) physicians, registered dietitians, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, nursing midwifes, physician assistants, exercise physiologists, physical therapists, kinesiotherapists, behavioral psychologists, occupational therapists, ethicists, etc.
Student Membership
Student members must be in post-secondary education with an interest in Lifestyle Medicine.
Affiliate Membership
Affiliate members include non-medical professionals such as patient advocates, health coaches, health educators, public relations, marketing, and any other professionals interested in promoting Lifestyle Medicine.
Retired Professional Membership
Retired Professionals include retired professionals who are interested in joining and promoting the Lifestyle Medicine Movement.
Lifetime Membership
Lifetime Membership is open to any health professional or affiliate who would like to have lifetime access to ILMN membership.
